INTERNSHIP PURPOSE

The purpose of the internship is to provide experiences for students to help them gain experience in community college teaching. The internship experience should be one that strengthens an area(s) where the intern is lacking in skills, knowledge and experience. Students who are employed full or part-time, as faculty will be able to use that employment as part of the internship experience with some additions.
