Doctoral fees are dictated by the CSU Chancellor and are the same for every CSU and UC institution.  With these times of financial turmoil, fees have changed each semester for the past year or so.  Fall '09 fees were $4776 for the semester. 

 

To complete course work for the Ed.D., students will be enrolled for three years.  The Ed.D. fee structure allows students to pay a standard fee each semester.  The fee is not dependent on the number of units, but based on the cost of the degree spread across the three years of the program.  For example, most students enrolling in Fall 2010, the final semester will be summer semester of 2013 for a total of nine semesters.
