to adhere, at least, not the performance indicators and standards
that you were once used to using. Rather, you are being evaluated
on whether your institution has a comprehensive and systematic review
process in place. Furthermore, you are being evaluated for your
ability to demonstrate that all you do is contributing to student
learning and development; that all you do ties back to your institutional
purpose; and that you have evidence to show just how and what students
learn and develop at your institution.
