In this time where students are well aware of spiritual differences and how those difference affect identify development and behavior, this workshop is intended for student affairs/services professionals in 2- and 4-year institutions to aid their students in their unique journeys of spiritual development.  The purpose of this workshop is three-fold: 1) to illustrate means in which you can employ strategies to assist students in their spiritual development without hindering their values clarification; 2) to identify attributes that you need in order to responsibly facilitate students in their diverse spiritual journeys; and 3) to identify means to evaluate students’ ability to connect their spiritual development to their student learning, development, and engagement.
