Fred Schroeder's Paper: The Orphaned Minority

Fred Schroeder is very articulate and committed to equality and equal rights for all individuals, including persons with disabilities. 

A month ago he was asked to present at a Law Symposium in Maryland. 

We would like to share Fred’s paper entitled “The Orphaned Minority”. 

It addresses the significant issues impacting persons with disabilities and discusses public policy issues to address this disparity.
