Program Overview
Welcome to the M.A. in Education Education with a concentration in Educational Leadership website!
This program is designed to provide students with a curriculum that intentionally prepares them to lead organizations in supporting students with their engagement in the institutional community and with their intellectual and personal development in both two year and four year institutions.
The program fits within the mission and vision of ARPE and the Interwork Institute as the program seeks to develop exceptional leaders for diverse educational organizations.
SDSU has chosen to make February 1st the required deadline for graduate applications. That means that all students must have completed the CSU mentor application, departmental application, have the transcripts submitted, and completed the GRE by this date to be considered for fall admissions. We will no longer have the flexibility of admitting students at a later date.(The next deadline to register for the GRE is December 12 for a Feb 6th test date. For more information, please check the official GRE website.)
