This short course, “Life is a Journey - - Pack the Car with the Right Stuff ” is designed to educate adults in the very challenging context of the 21st Century. The course goal is a to provide a personalized journey towards clarity and better self-management in later adulthood. Major topical areas for reading, class discussion, and reflection are:
