Phone: (619) 594-4205 Jim Tunstall currently serves as a program manager with the Region IX Rehabilitation Continuing Education Program. He received his Master of Science degree in Rehabilitation Counseling in 1975 from San Diego State University, and a second masters degree in Organization Development from the University of San Francisco in 1988. Prior to joining the TACE staff in 1990, Jim was the director of human resource development for a nonprofit mental health organization with multi-level care facilities throughout the County of San Diego. He has 27 years of experience in operations management, case management, and human resource development. Jim has worked with over seventy-five private and public human care service providers throughout the United States and the Pacific Basin, with an emphasis on regulatory compliance and quality assurance in the State/Federal Vocational Rehabilitation program. |
