Fred Schroeder is very articulate and committed to equality and equal rights for all individuals, including persons with disabilities.
A month ago he was asked to present at a Law Symposium in Maryland.
We would like to share Fred’s paper entitled “The Orphaned Minority”.
A recent report found that only 5 percent of black and Latino men earn degrees or certificates at community colleges compared to 32 percent of white men.
Dr. Frank Harris III was interviewed by KUSI yesterday about the importance of improving education and life outcomes for young boys and men of color.
Dr. Harris does research on improving access and completion of college for men of color. He says men need to strive for a career instead of just employment.
