Administration, Rehabilitation & Postsecondary Education (ARPE)

The ARPE Department is committed to increasing opportunities for adult learners to acquire undergraduate and graduate degrees and post-baccalaureate certificates in the fields of postsecondary educational leadership, rehabilitation counseling and administration. The Department offers the only undergraduate degree in the College (Bachelors in Vocational Education). ARPE offers two graduate degrees (including The Master of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling, the Master of Arts in Education with a concentration in Postsecondary Educational Leadership and a specialization in Leadership in Student Affairs within the concentration). The Department also offers four graduate certificates; and collaborations with the Department of Counseling and School Psychology on the K-12 Pupil Personnel Services credential and with the College of Engineering on the Certificate in Rehabilitation Technology.
