CBID Curriculum

Cognitive Behavioral Intervention for Driving (CBID): This program develops the executive functioning and emotional regulation skills necessary to obtain and maintain a driver’s license and be an independent driver.

CBID has been tested in 1 open trial study (n=21). It’s evidence-base to date has demonstrated in improvements in driving cognitions, attitudes and reductions in anxiety/emotions according to participants and parents. It has also demonstrated improved driving behaviors as measured by a driving simulator.
