Allison Flanagan

Allison Flanagan began her career in Vocational Rehabilitation over 30 years ago where she held various positions including Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor, Program Administrator and
Director. After her career in both Kentucky and Florida Vocational Rehabilitation agencies, she
joined the Vocational Rehabilitation Technical Assistance Center for Quality Management
supporting state VR agencies through technical assistance. She joined the NRLI faculty in 2022
to enhance the national leadership. She obtained an MRC from the University of Kentucky
where she also was a teaching assistant for 15 years and proudly maintains her CRC.
